What we do
Guinea Pig Hotel Terms & Conditions the Hotel will provide:

excellent accommodation for your guinea pig; and
-
a home away from home for your pig.
What you do
When booking you will need to let us know if your guinea has:
-
any special, social or dietary needs;
-
any health problems (past or ongoing);
-
regular medication which is required (you will need to bring this with you along with details of your veterinary clinic);
-
a suspected pregnancy of your pet.
Pre-existing medical conditions
The Guinea Pig Hotel will do all we can to look after your pig’s pre-existing medical condition whilst with us. Unfortunately, we are not be able to look after your guinea pig if it has a contagious illness, skin condition or parasites for the health and safety of our other guests and our own guinea pigs.
Liability
The Hotel cannot accept liability if your pet should become ill or pass away whilst with us, or in the event they may escape from their pens into our garden. In the event of any of these circumstances arising we will contact you and take further instruction of what steps you would like us to take next.
Pre-accommodation health checks – checking for worms and parasites
Please do take the time to check your wiggle for any worms or parasites and treat as necessary before bringing them to board at the Hotel.
Collecting your guinea pig
It is your responsibility to collect your guinea pig on the agreed date. If you are unable to do so, please do let us know and we will do our best to accommodate your guinea pig’s additional stay with us. Our normal daily charges will apply.
In the unfortunate event that you have not collected your wiggle pig within 10 days of the agreed collection date and we have been unable to contact you in that time, we will consider re-homing your guinea pig.
By accepting the Guinea Pig Hotel terms and conditions you also give your permission to use any pictures or videos of your guinea pig/s for public view.
The Guinea Pig Hotel will not normally refund payment if your guinea pig is collected early without prior agreement.
In booking your pig in to the Hotel and you accept the Guinea Pig Hotel terms and conditions.
