Please Note there are 2 Forms to fill in Stage 1 of 2 and Stage 2 or 2 they both must be filled in for booking to stand!
Stage 1 of 2 Guinea details and time for drop off and pickup these we use not the ones on the booking form as they are fixed;
FORM 1
Please fill in Stage 1 and welcome to the Guinea Pig Hotel.
When you click the ‘submit’ button above you should receive an email if not check junk or make sure you filled in all correctly it will turn green if not right! Email received move to stage 2 of 2 below.
FORM 2
You can not alter the drop off and pickup times on the booking form but these are not used.
Stage 2 of 2 the booking dates
- Please check availability and what kind of room is available by putting your dates in below, followed by how many rooms needed and how many guineas you are boarding in each room, adults guineas or/& baby guineas (few months old)?
- You will be then given room options and prices if available if no room then we have nothing for your needs at that time.
- Once you have picked your desired room click the "select" on each room if more than one required then "Continue" if only one option, once happy click 'book now' button and put your details in.
- You will note that the check-in and check-out on the booking form are fixed ignore these you need to put your actual ones in the form that is above on stage 1 of 2 on the same page this is a separate form, but you must complete in full with confirmation of booking on screen and via email, as you will only have booked when you get a screen confirmation and a confirmation email (please check your junk folder also).
- If you want to cancel or alter your booking once completed, you can do so by clicking on the link on your confirmation email.
When you see the confirmation and receive an email from both forms above then you can have completed your booking.
